Lanús, 02/10/2023, Por las innumerables denuncias recibidas, nuestra Asociación tomó conocimiento que la mayoría de las Cámaras que agremian a los médicos en sus distintas especialidades decidieron acordar y fijar un arancel médico mínimo, superior al monto que reciben de las empresas de medicina prepaga y obligar a los usuarios y consumidores al pago del mismo (co pago), situación que, además de ser perjudicial, los enfrenta directamente con las empresas de medicina prepaga que no cubren los aranceles médicos reclamados por esas Cámaras. Esta situación además de perjudicar a los consumidores implica una fijación de precios prohibida por la Ley de Defensa de la Competencia. Es por ello que nuestra Asociación el día 2.10.2023 presentó una denuncia ante la Comisión de Defensa de la Competencia para que se proceda a la investigación que dispone la ley 27442 sobre la situación de cartelización del precio del honorario médico.Por ello considerando la defensa irrestricta del derecho humano de los consumidores ADDUC procedió a solicitar la instrucción de un sumario de investigación a la Autoridad Nacional,sin perjuicio de continuar accionando en defensa de los usuarios del sistema. ADDUC exhorta tanto a las Cámaras como a las Empresas de Medicina Prepaga negociar aranceles razonables que sean cubiertos por las cuotas que los consumidores, con el esfuerzo diario, pagan al Sistema de Salud
