El monto asciende a $44.986 por persona y a $282 millones en total. La norma también establece un plazo de diez días hábiles administrativos para que EDESUR acredite los $ 44.986 en la próxima factura de cada usuario alcanzado por la medida. La distribuidora deberá consignar el ítem en forma desagregada y con mención expresa de la Resolución. Si el monto supera el importe total de la liquidación, el saldo deberá ser acreditado en las boletas subsiguientes. La prestataria también deberá resarcir una suma adicional de $ 22.493 a los usuarios a los que les liquidó un crédito y/o débito indebido. Además deberá anular toda aplicación de recargo e intereses derivados del error de facturación. Si después de esta rectificación persiste un saldo deudor, la empresa deberá ofrecer un plan de pagos de un mínimo de seis cuotas sin interés.
